I'm Jess, and I work with purpose-driven leaders using The Grounded Leadership Method—an embodied approach to leading under pressure without losing yourself in the process.

I spent a decade coordinating large-scale humanitarian responses in Gaza, Syria, and Yemen—building systems from scratch in scarce environments, leading teams through crisis, and making decisions with serious consequences.

This is what I learned: the leaders who thrive under pressure aren't the ones who push harder. They're the ones who stay grounded, regulated, and clear when everything else is chaos.

Now I bring that experience—combined with training in trauma-informed facilitation, psychodynamic coaching, somatic practices, and breathwork—to support leaders and teams like you.
